Q: When do I get the Mixtape once I purchase it?
A: Once you complete your Paypal transaction, you will receive an email with a link that you can click on to start the download immediately.
Q: If I purchase the download, will I still get a physical CD?
A: No. We are doing this to expedite the delivery of the music to you. If you still want a physical CD, you may also purchase one for $6.99 plus shipping.
Q: What do I need to play them?
A: You will need a Media Player. Most computers have them out the box. But, it is highly recommended that you use a MP3 management software, like iTunes (www.apple.com/itunes).
Q: Do I need broadband to download the file?
A: Highly recommended. Each mixtape is between 60-120 Megs. Dial-up will be impossibly slow.
Q: What type of files are these?
A: MP3's
Q: Whats the compression rate?
A: 192 kbps
Q: Do I get any artwork with this?
A: Yes, the MP3's are encoded with the artwork, most modern media players display artwork. There is also a PDF file with the cover and track list so you can print it and add to a jewel case.
Q: Can I burn this to a Audio CD to listen to in my car or home stereo?
A: Yes, you may use your media player or burning software to do this.

Q: Can i transfer this to my iPod or MP3 player?
A: Yes.
Q: Whats a PDF?
A: A PDF is a file that is essentially a digital print out. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (www.adobe.com) to open the file and print it. Most modern PC's come with it pre-installed. If you are on a Mac, you already have the tools you need built in. You can use the "Preview" program to open and print.
Q: I downloaded the file, it has a .zip extension. What is that?
A: A .zip is a Zip file. Essentially, a digital 'package'. This way we can put all the songs and artwork in one giant file.
Q: So what do I need to open it?
A: You will need a decompression program. Head on over to www.versiontracker.com and do a search for the keyword "zip". Here are some platform specific tools:
PC: FreeZip, Zip Free, WinRaR, stuffit expander, etc.
Mac: If you are on OSX 10.3 or higher, the tools you need are built into the OS. Just double click. If you are on a older system, i highly suggest Stuffit Expander. The expander is free from www.stuffit.com.
Q: I had problems downloading the file the first time, can I re-download it?
A: Yes, you should receive an email as well with a download link. This link will expire in 24 hours.
Q: I made my purchase, but I haven't gotten the link. How long does it take?
A: You should get it a few minutes after purchase. You might want to check any junk or spam folders you have set up in your email program. We have also noticed a few problems with Hotmail accounts. So try to use an alternative address.
Q: I purchased my item but i cannot download. What should i do?
A: Send us a email with the Paypal Receipt number to glorders@gmail.com. We will send you a manual link as soon as we can. Sorry, but we do not live in front of our computers 24/7, so please be a little patient.
